About Me

Hey Hey!

My name is Trudie and I love coffee and wine!

I am a certified female personal trainer passionate about helping other women get fit and healthy. I am not an athlete, never been one! I initially started working out after I saw Angela Bassett’s arms in What’s Love Got to Do with It. You can say it was all for vanity in the beginning…

Featured in magazines like Women’s Health Magazine, Strong Fitness Magazine, Pop Sugar, and GQ Magazine, my goal is to help women love their bodies and become the best version of themselves. All women deserve to look and feel good about who they see when they look in the mirror.

I believe that life should be lived in balance, for example, cooking isn’t something I enjoy but do it because it helps me look and feel good. Even though I teach women how to make healthier food choices, it doesn’t stop me from enjoying my coffee or a few glasses of wine, balance, remember?

I don’t believe in diets, starvation, and deprivation for weight loss. Working out should be done for lifetime fitness and health in a fun and sustainable manner.

Make health and fitness a lifestyle!
